MAN O’ WAR NIGERIA CONDUCTS RANKING EXAMINATION FOR 2,000 OFFICERS NATIONWIDE The Man O’ War Nigeria (MOWN) on Saturday, 10 September, 2022 conducted phase II ranking examination for its officers (Non-commissioned & Commissioned Officers) in all its formations across the state, including Federal Capital Territory (FCT) National Headquarters, Abuja as well as Railway Commands. Following a successful online registration of the participants through the MOWN National Command portal, the examination commenced simultaneously Nationwide after all accreditations and necessary documentation were completed and was conducted under strict invigilation by officials from the national command and state command officers assigned to each state examination centers. The National Commander, Col. Sani Depsia (Rtd) who surprisingly visited the Lagos State Examination Centre was highly impressed with the massive turnout. In his message, the National Commander congratulated and wished all the examiners success as they write the examination while in same vein charged those writing the ranking examination to avoid acts capable of leading to their disqualification. He gave them stern warning to conduct themselves in a manner that portrays discipline, integrity and regimentation. Furthermore, the Chief of Staff to the National Commander, ANC Charles Mba during an interview session stated that there’s been a very high increase in the number of graduates in the organization and this is a good pointer towards the development of the organization and achievement of the vision and mission of the organization. He commended the National Command Public Relations, Media & Communication Department for the good initiative of creating an online registration process for the ranking exercise and how it has been a massive success for the organization. He further stated, the National Commander has been committed to excellence, despite having retired as a Colonel in the Army and held several command positions, he has been passionate and committed to the development and success of the organization. He mentioned that the National Command is working assiduously to upgrade and introduce a new uniform to be added to the uniform used by officers across the Nation and that, which will befit the organization as a whole.
