FUTA CADET COMMAND EXTEND ITS SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TO PUPILS AND LESS PRIVILEGES

As the coordinator in chief of the cadet command reaffirm is commitment to humanitarian services as one of the mandate of Man O War ;

As Man O war Nigeria is aimed in giving back to the society as part of social responsibilities and spirit of volunterism, the Coordinator in Chief FUTA Pat SO Oyekan, led the cadet command officers to Faith Public Primary school, Aule to give the pupils uniforms and other stationeries, as part of the social responsibility. With the aim to give back to the community most especially the young people as a way of building the upbringing men so as to secure the country for threat in future to come.

The coordinator in chief note that Man O War is a uniform body with ideology of Citizenship and Leadership Training programme for all Nigerians, old or young. In which they are here to play their quota in building a better future through one or more pupils.

Pat. SO Oyekan, stated that community development is a program that aim to promotes community involvement and volunteerism. It involves individuals working together to improve their community by identifying the needs and initiating projects that address those needs

While the community service was extended to less privileges at the road side where clothes, shoes and other items were disturbed to them so as to foster a sense of responsibility and ownership among the community members, encouraging them to take an active role in improving their quality of life, through this outreach. He appealed that individuals should learn valuable leadership and teamwork skills, and develop a sense of empathy and understanding the needs of others.

While the Assistant National Commander PRC&M appreciates the gesture displayed by the cadet command on behalf of the National Commander, that it so delighted seeing this spirit of patriotism among the FUTA cadet command 2020/2021 session.
